BTech Paani Puri Wali says she was slammed for using Thar to tow cart. New video
BTech Paani Puri Wali posted a new video in which she thanked Anand Mahindra for appreciating her work. However, she also revealed that she was trolled by several social media users for using her Thar to tow her cart.
In a new video that she shared on Instagram on January 24, Tapsi expressed gratitude to Anand Mahindra for appreciating her work. However, Tapsi added that she was initially slammed by several sections of the internet for using the Thar to tow her cart.
“My journey began with a scooty as I used it to tow my cart. Later, I used a bike and then bought a Thar in November last year. But, soon after I began using the Thar to tow my cart, people posted negative comments. I got so much hate online and was demotivated,” Tapsi said in the video, adding, “I was slammed for using my Thar, which I had bought on EMI, to tow my cart. I don’t think there should be a problem with this. I saved up money and bought my Thar on EMI.”
Anand Mahindra, though, cheered for Tapsi and that really helped her cope with the hate that she received online. “When Anand Mahindra applauded my work by sharing my video, I was elated. I am so grateful that such a famous personality took note of the work that I do and appreciated me for it.”
Mahindra, in his post, had shared a video of 'BTech Paani Puri Wali' towing her paani puri cart onto the Thar. The industrialist had also expressed his admiration for off-road vehicles by highlighting their unique ability to "help people explore the impossible
Tapsi Upadhyay’s stall was earlier located in Tilak Nagar. However, now she has more than 40 stalls across India.
