 Odd-even rule in Delhi from Nov 13 to 20, schools shut amid worsening air quality

Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai announced on Monday that the odd-even rule will commence in the national capital from November 13 and continue till November 20. He added that schools for all classes, barring 10th and 12th, will remain shut till November 10 amid deteriorating air quality.
