Israel Elections: Benjamin Netanyahu ready to return to power again, more than 84 percent votes counted

After the general elections in Israel, now former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is ready to return to power. Over 84 per cent of the votes have been counted. Netanyahu's supporters are projected to win 65 seats in the 120-member parliament, according to exit polls.

In alliance with Netanyahu's Likud party are the Shas and United Torah Judaism parties. The Central Election Committee has so far counted 4,081,243 votes, of which 24,201 are invalid, a report in a leading Israeli newspaper reported.
